Company Overview

Job Summary

The Performance Marketeer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive performance and achieve business goals. This role is essential in analyzing data and collaborating cross-functionally to improve campaign results and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Track performance daily, maintaining dashboards, budgets, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze data to translate campaign numbers into clear insights and actionable next steps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and sales teams to enhance results.
  • Ensure platform hygiene, accurate tracking, and clean reporting for all campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years, preferably from an agency background.
  • Skills:
    • Strong command of ad platforms with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Data-first mindset with the ability to read dashboards, spot trends, and make fast decisions.
    • Detail-driven with focus on accuracy in reporting and platform maintenance.
    • Ownership attitude treating every campaign with the perspective of driving ROI.
    • Proficient in Excel for reporting, analysis, and strategy formulation.
    • Familiarity with technical integrations (CRM, pixel setups, event tracking, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager).
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing high-ticket products or premium services, such as real estate or luxury items.
  • Agile in campaign management with a background in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly in campaign management, performance optimization, and analytics.

Environment

The position is based in Powai, Mumbai, with a five-day in-office work schedule.

Salary

Estimated salary range of ₹8 to 10 LPA plus Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
