Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer to lead the migration of robotic process automation (RPA) workflows to Microsoft Power Automate. This role is critical in optimizing automation processes for efficiency and scalability within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the migration of automation workflows from Blue Prism and UiPath platforms to Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze existing RPA processes and workflows for feasibility and improvements during migration.
• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions in Power Automate to replicate or improve upon legacy RPA workflows.
• Integrate Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365) and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and RPA teams to understand migration requirements and business needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power Automate flows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop documentation and provide training/support related to migrated automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance in automation workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience migrating RPA workflows from Blue Prism and UiPath to Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Blue Prism and UiPath process architecture and development principles.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integration points (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Apps).
• Experience with connectors, API integrations, JSON, and data manipulation within Power Automate.
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing automation workflows for better performance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with RPA governance, best practices, and lifecycle management.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.

Environment

• Work location: Bangalore or Chennai.
• Contract tenure: 6 months to 1 year.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: 1 to 1.5 Lakhs per month.
