The Growth Leader will be instrumental in managing various growth channels and driving the company's expansion efforts. With a strong focus on performance marketing through platforms such as Google and Meta, this role aims to scale the business from the ground up, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies across various channels to scale the business effectively.
• Oversee performance marketing initiatives on platforms like Google and Meta to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth objectives with overall business goals.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
• Manage budgets allocated for growth activities while ensuring maximum ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of scaling businesses from zero.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, particularly with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with growth hacking techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in growth marketing.
• Proven experience in scaling a business from inception to significant revenue growth.

Environment
