Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's<br /> business goals and objectives. This includes identifying technology<br /> trends and opportunities to enhance investment management<br /> processes, client services, and operational efficiency.<br /> • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the<br /> company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases,<br /> and storage systems. Ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, secure,<br /> and reliable to support the company's growing business needs.<br /> • Implement robust data management practices to ensure the integrity,<br /> security, and accessibility of investment data.<br /> • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures to<br /> protect sensitive investment data, client information, and intellectual<br /> property from cyber threats and data breaches. i.e. implementing<br /> firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, and conducting<br /> regular security audits and assessments.<br /> • Ensure that the company's IT systems and processes comply with<br /> relevant regulatory requirements, such as SEBI, SEC regulations, GDPR,<br /> and industry best practices.<br /> • Oversee the development, customization, and integration of software<br /> applications and platforms used for investment management,<br /> portfolio analytics, risk assessment, and client relationship<br /> management.<br /> • Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business<br /> continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical IT<br /> systems and services in the event of natural disasters, cyber-attacks,<br /> or other disruptions.<br /> • Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and<br /> outsourcing partners to ensure quality service delivery, adherence to<br /> service level agreements (SLAs), and cost-effective procurement of<br /> technology solutions and services.<br /> • Identify and assess IT risks, including operational, financial, and<br /> compliance risks, and implement controls and mitigation strategies to<br /> minimize exposure and ensure business continuity.<br /> • Manage Internal/Externals Audits as per standards and regulatory<br /> requirements-for all the departments to ensure compliance with<br /> organization policy and procedures.<br /> • Ensuring that no internal breaches or misuse of data take place.<br /> • Determining the cause of internal and external data<br /> breaches and instituting appropriate corrective action.<br /> • Excellent project management and leadership skills.<br /> What we are looking<br /> for in you<br /> • Head of Information Technology,<br /> • Decent Verbal/Written communication skills.<br /> • Excellent Excel skills.<br /> • A minimum of ten years' experience in IT hardware and software,<br /> risk management, information security.<br /> • Excellent understanding of current legislation and regulations<br /> relevant to our organization.<br /> • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills<br /> Location Mumbai<br /> Requirement<br />
