Role Overview

 

We need a builder.

A systems-thinker.

Someone who can take complete ownership of operations, scale delivery, manage teams, build dashboards, remove bottlenecks, and work directly with the founder to turn the business into a well-oiled scaling machine.

 

If you come from an agency background (performance, creative, consulting, coaching) — that’s a massive plus.

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Operations Leadership

 

Own end-to-end daily operations —  Build SOPs, workflows, and automations across all departments.

 

Introduce systems that reduce founder dependency.

 

Manage scheduling, consultation operations, and customer pipeline.

2. Scaling & Growth

 

Identify bottlenecks in service delivery and remove them proactively.

 

Forecast demand and ensure the backend is built to support 3x–10x scale.

 

Build team structures, hire right talent, and manage workforce planning.

 

Collaborate with the founder on productizing and scaling new numerology offerings.

3.  Execution

 

Coordinate between agency teams.

 

Ensure campaigns, launches, and product drops are managed end-to-end without misses.

 

Set up quality control across different agency partnerships

 

4. Data & KPIs

 

Build dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly performance.

 

Track revenue, conversions, customer experience, refunds, retention, and repeat buyers.

 

Present insights directly to the founder and lead strategic decisions.

5. People & Culture

 

Create a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and ownership.

 

Run daily standups, weekly reviews, monthly performance cycles.

 

Train junior managers to take responsibility and scale their departments.

6. Founder’s Office Alignment

 

Work as the founder’s right hand for planning, execution, and coordination.

 

Convert vision into actionable quarterly plans.

 

Solve problems before they reach the founder.

 

Manage special projects, collaborations, events, and launches.

In 3–6 months:

Required Skills & Experience

 

4–7years of experience in operations, project management, <coaching/consulting operations, or agency leadership.

 

Proven experience creating SOPs, dashboards, and scalable systems.

 

Strong understanding of customer experience, CRM, funnels, and backend processes.

 

Ability to manage cross-functional teams with speed and clarity.

 

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.

 

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 

Bonus: Experience in astrology, numerology, wellness, or spiritual brands.
