<p dir="ltr">As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be prospecting to a set of pre-assigned Named Accounts using Cold Calling, Emails / LinkedIn prospecting strategies and build a pipeline for your Account Executives. </p>

<p dir="ltr">How will we support you?</p>

<p dir="ltr">We will help you with Marketing Air cover on your Named Accounts by helping you with collaterals and targeted LinkedIn campaigns to support you in building a strong Outbound pipeline. </p>

<p dir="ltr">How does your day to day look like?</p>

<p dir="ltr">You will be building your Named Accounts from Mid-sized organizations across NAmerica, UKI and EU markets with major focus towards North America. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Create a very strong sequence to enrich the Named Accounts, multi-thread, identify 4 to 5 contacts per account to prospect and engage with / build intent. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Ability to leverage sales tech stacks and come up with creative ways to prospect and expand your pipeline building activities.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Educate yourself to become an expert in Test Automation Space and suggest the right solution for the customers,</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Cultivate relationships with executive level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner at your named accounts</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Crush your Quota month on month maintaining an average ACV of $15K ARR per deal in the pipeline you are building. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Update the CRM with all required information to improve the process and efficiency. </p>
</li>

<p dir="ltr">What makes you a right fit? </p>
<p dir="ltr"> </p>
<ul>

<p dir="ltr">1-2 years of experience in B2B Software Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Excellent personalized email writing skills to suit the shifting needs of our prospects.. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Experience in selling DevOps, automation testing software, or developer tools is a big plus.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Experience in B2B SaaS or B2B Tech sales is a must.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Knowledge about using a prospecting tool (Outplay/Salesloft/Outreach) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is important. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr">Being highly passionate about learning & growing in sales.</p>
