Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing Google and Meta campaigns. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and scaling of paid marketing efforts with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
Handle monthly ad budgets of ₹30–40 lakhs
Track and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copies, and audiences
Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance
Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing high monthly budgets (₹30–40 lakhs or similar)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with campaign tracking and attribution basics
Preferred: Experience in D2C, skincare, or beauty brands
Exposure to fast-paced startup or agency environments
Relevant certifications in Google or Meta ads
