Roles & Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Strategy:

  • Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

  • Constantly optimize targeting parameters, ad placements, and budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.

Creative Optimization:

  • Spearhead the creation, testing, and iteration of ad creatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.

  • Implement a rigorous A/B testing framework for visuals, copy, and ad formats to enhance performance.

Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to dissect campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide concise and actionable insights to drive strategic adjustments and meet or exceed client KPIs.

Budget Management:

  • Own and manage advertising budgets effectively, maximizing ad spend efficiency and driving scalable growth.

  • Implement budget allocation strategies based on performance data and client objectives.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Execute landing page optimization initiatives to boost conversion rates.

  • Implement A/B tests on various elements of the funnel to improve overall campaign performance.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of ad platform algorithms, bid management, and audience segmentation.

  • Implement advanced technical optimizations to stay ahead of the competition.

Client Communication:

  • Regularly communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Proactively address client queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Scaling Strategies:

  • Develop and implement strategies for scaling ad campaigns efficiently, taking into account client-specific goals and market dynamics.

  • Focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets while maintaining profitability.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Implement strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.

Testing and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, features, and technologies within ad platforms.

  • Implement innovative testing methodologies to stay ahead of industry changes and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams on data-sharing and insights to inform a holistic approach to client success.

  • Work closely with creative teams to align visuals and messaging with performance goals.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

Professional Experience:

  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in performance marketing and media buying, specifically in the eCommerce and D2C sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling digital advertising campaigns and achieving significant revenue growth.

Top-Tier Agency Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a top-tier marketing agency such as Publisis, Merkle, Adyogi, Dentsu, or equivalent.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising-related technology for data analysis and optimization.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Hands-on experience in optimizing landing pages for conversion and implementing A/B testing strategies.

  • Understanding of user experience principles and their impact on conversion rates.

Strategic Thinker:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.

  • Experience in crafting and implementing scalable growth strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing advertising budgets efficiently and maximizing return on investment.

  • Experience in implementing budget allocation strategies based on performance data.

Results-Driven Mindset:

  • Strong focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.

  • Track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Adaptability and Learning Agility:

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the digital advertising landscape and stay informed about industry trends.

  • Willingness to continuously learn and incorporate new technologies and methodologies.

Certifications: (not mandatory) 

  • Preferred certifications include Facebook Blueprint Certification or equivalent.

  • Additional certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms are a plus.

 

This role is tailored for a seasoned professional in media buying, emphasizing technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a track record of success. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience at top-tier marketing agencies.
