Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
Professional Experience:

Proven track record of 3-5 years in performance marketing and media buying, specifically in the eCommerce and D2C sectors.

Demonstrated success in scaling digital advertising campaigns and achieving significant revenue growth.
Top-Tier Agency Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a top-tier marketing agency such as Publisis, Merkle, Adyogi, Dentsu, or equivalent.
Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising-related technology for data analysis and optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Hands-on experience in optimizing landing pages for conversion and implementing A/B testing strategies.
