E-Commerce Executive @ Happi Planet Role Overview As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing and scaling our online business across our own website, marketplace platforms & quick commerce websites. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless product catalog management, efficient inventory levels, accurate performance reporting, strong marketplace coordination, and supporting performance marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited about driving growth in a fast-paced D2C startup. Website & Platforms Catalog Management • Manage / Update product listings across the brand website, marketplaces & Q-commerce • Ensure accuracy of product information (descriptions, images, pricing, SEO tags) • Monitor website functionality & coordinate with design/tech teams to resolve issues, if any. • Support catalog expansion, new launches, and seasonal campaigns. 2. Inventory & Order Management • Track stock levels, update platform inventory, and coordinate with internal operations teams. • Monitor inventory health & flag risks such as potential stock-outs or slow-moving SKUs. • Monitor service levels (dispatch time, delivery SLAs) to improve fulfilment efficiency. 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, ratings/reviews. • Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights. • Benchmark competitors on pricing, promotions, and catalog strategy. 4. Performance Marketing Support & Coordination • Work with internal teams on paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA etc.) • Ensure correct targeting, catalog readiness, and offer integration during campaigns. • Track campaign performance (traffic, CTR, conversions, ROAS) and share insights. • Coordinate creatives (banners, ad copy, videos) with the design/content team. Qualifications & Key Capabilities • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketing (brand-side preferred). • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart preferred). • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong communication and coordination skills.
