Job Description
Role: Head of Sales (Director)
Team: 1 DR
Trade function:
Reporting to: CEO (Sits out of the US)
Alternate investment classes, should know HNI, UHNIs and family offices for MF, gold, crypto.
Should believe in crypto although not a legal tender, more an investment class, such as gold, bond, real estate but higher volatility.
CTC: 50-55L (15% variable included) (Sales incentive model not in place, will come in eventually; No equity plan)
Sector: Web3 - Existing crypto platforms, blockchain companies (may not be an exchange), fintech, private bankers/ investment managers - Sharekhan, MO, deals with family offices/ UHNIs). Tech understanding is not mandatory.
Represent ZebPay in global forums, associations, block chain
Should have some understanding of crypto.
