Founding AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Founding AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct research to advance the company's AI capabilities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Optimize and scale AI models for production use while ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI engineering or a related field, with a track record of successful AI project implementations.
