● Graduation in Design, Visual Communication, or Fashion communications mandatory ● Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and creative field ● Should have experience in the fashion industry or e-commerce ● Minimum 3years experience in heading a team of designers ● Effective communication and leadership skills ● Ability to think creatively and out of the box ● Expert in both digital and print design. ● Extensive exposure in design for digital and social media. ● Knowledge of photography - product and model shoot added advantage
