Job Summary

The Azure DevOps Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust DevOps practices within the organization. This position expects the candidate to lead and mentor teams, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure seamless integration of DevOps methodologies to improve organizational efficiency and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure DevOps solutions to support development and operational activities.
• Manage and mentor, guiding DevOps engineers to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and Travis CI.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Oversee infrastructure management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Architect or in a similar senior DevOps role with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience in handling international clients.
• Deep experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure management tools.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• In-depth understanding of security best practices within a DevOps context.
• Hands-on experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with networking and cloud security best practices.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps or related fields.
