Job Description
Responsibilities • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with identified companies • Leading development of business intelligence frameworks to improve data analytics, predictive modeling, and market assessments • Writing proposals and plans, and fulfilling requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers • Tracking emerging markets and trends, and reviewing current market trends • Developing and strengthening internal and external relationships, including with vendors, distributors, and customers • Monitor & drive all organizational KPIs that are critical in nature. Drive the operational cadence. Measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives • Provide insights through analytics and market research as required • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Customer success, LOB Heads etc) to execute on growth opportunities Qualifications • 10+ years of Sales experience preferably from Healthcare domain. • Proven track record in enterprise selling to industries like GCCs, IT/ITeS, Banking, Large companies etc. • Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact o
