Job Summary

The Chief of Staff (COS) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing key initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and providing data-driven insights to support the company's growth trajectory. The role requires a highly analytical, strategy-oriented individual with SaaS experience, preferably from a Shopify background, who can navigate the 0-1 journey and contribute to expanding the company's portfolio and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing high-impact projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee and analyze business metrics, focusing on ARR growth, churn reduction, and portfolio expansion.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and support scaling efforts.
• Coordinate with various teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for executive decision-making, including review of key performance indicators.
• Manage communication and follow-up on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in front-office or strategic roles.
• Proven experience in SaaS companies, with a preference for candidates from Shopify or e-commerce backgrounds.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in managing or working within the 0-1 startup phase and scaling operations.
• Educational qualifications from Tier 1 institutions such as IITs or IIMs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle complex projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a Founder's Office or similar strategic role.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR management, and churn analysis.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms and Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and dashboards.

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SaaS, e-commerce, or strategic roles.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership, especially in growth-stage companies.

Environment

• Location: Pune, with a preference for candidates residing nearby.
• Work Setting: In-office, 5 days a week.
