Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst for PeopleSoft Applications is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for PeopleSoft applications. This role includes troubleshooting and resolving application issues, improving system functionality, and ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Answer user inquiries and document resolutions to enhance user experience and system understanding.
  • Maintain and enhance PeopleSoft application functionality, focusing on the Supply Chain Module, particularly in Order Management and Purchase.
  • Monitor system performance and perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure uptime and stability.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of PeopleSoft application support.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Extensive experience with the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, especially in Order Management and Purchase.
    • Proven expertise in SQL Server database administration.
    • Experience using the Nvision reporting tool.
    • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Good understanding of Koerber and Carrier Point Integrations.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
