Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for utilizing the Sapience Analytics platform to interpret and analyze complex data sets. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills to contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data using the Sapience Analytics platform to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data models and perform data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-related solutions.
• Provide clear and insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and patterns in data and present findings to support strategic initiatives.
• Troubleshoot data issues and work toward effective problem-solving solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with the Sapience Analytics platform.
• Proven experience in SQL, Data Modeling, and Data Profiling.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or Mathematics is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and working with data analytics tools.

Environment

• This position is based in Noida with a hybrid work model (3 days a week in the office).
