<div>Role Summary<br /> ●<br /> As the Centre Manager with a primary focus on sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation and achieving sales targets for student enrollments. You will lead a team of counselors and Business-to-Lead (BTL).<br /> ●<br /> Your goal will be to build a high-performance sales team, develop effective sales<br /> ●<br /> strategies, and ensure consistent business growth.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br /> ●<br /> Lead and motivate the team of counselors and telecallers, setting clear sales targets and KPIs to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.<br /> ●<br /> Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.</div> <div>●<br /> Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance the team sales skills.<br /> ●<br /> Continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.<br /> ●<br /> Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.<br /> ●<br /> Maximizing the conversion of leads into enrollments.<br /> ●<br /> Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.<br /> ●<br /> Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics,<br /> ●<br /> providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.<br /> ●<br /> Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations. Mentor and teach the content to ensure that the learners are interview ready.<br /> ●<br /> Understand the subject and develop courses to help learners meet high standards.<br /> ●<br /> Understand the content development process; work with educational content across all levels.<br /> ●<br /> Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers and global industry leaders.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Skills Required<br /> Graduates/Post-Graduates with:<br /> ●<br /> Proven experience (at least 5-6 years) in sales management, preferably in the education or related industry.<br /> ●<br /> Strong sales leadership skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets</div>
