MERN Developer
Job Summary
The MERN Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) technology stack. This role is integral to building robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain code integrity, organization, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MongoDB database management and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Express.js for backend development.
- Strong skills in React.js for building interactive user interfaces.
- Expertise in Node.js development for server-side logic.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications is preferred.
