Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team. This role focuses on web development using Python and related frameworks, contributing significantly to the organization's goals by delivering high-quality applications that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain web applications that meet the needs of clients.
• Focus on engineering best practices and continuous improvement, gaining business exposure to see the results of your work.
• Utilize excellent knowledge of the DevOps process to work with large and complex codebases, ensuring the product remains cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and implement performance optimizations, including caching strategies, query optimization, and front-end enhancements.
• Customize configurations and settings to meet specific project requirements such as permissions, user roles, workflows, and other site-specific needs.
• Use version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and collaborate with other developers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Python development, particularly focused on web applications/services.
• Strong knowledge of Python 3.x and experience with either FastAPI or Flask framework.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like Postgres or Oracle and ORM.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
• Experience developing API microservices.
• Significant experience working within an Agile methodology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud services.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
