Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead strategic brand building and visibility initiatives across India. This role demands a strong grasp of both traditional and modern marketing channels, with a primary focus on ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing, especially OOH (Out-of-Home) media campaigns. You will be responsible for driving awareness, recall, and brand equity through impactful and consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive ATL and BTL marketing strategies, including hoardings, print, radio, and other traditional media.

Lead pan-India brand awareness and visibility campaigns to establish and grow Gynoveda as a category leader.

Plan, launch, and manage high-impact OOH campaigns (hoardings, transit media, retail branding, etc.).

Collaborate with creative, media buying, and event agencies to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.

Drive brand activations and on-ground marketing initiatives across target markets.

Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

Align brand messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, product, content, and sales to deliver integrated campaigns.

Build Gynoveda’s physical presence and visibility in urban and semi-urban markets.
Key Requirements

6–10 years of proven experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG, Telecom, Media, or D2C industries.

Strong background in executing ATL/BTL and OOH campaigns at a national scale.

Deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and media planning.

Experience working with leading brands like Airtel, Times of India, HUL, etc., is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
