Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Copado release management processes for Salesforce.
- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Copado.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copado and Salesforce deployments.
- Provide training and support to team members on Copado best practices.
- Manage back promotion and keep the environments in sync using Copado.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce and Copado release management.
- Expertise in Copado configuration, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
- Expertise in metadata API-based deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Required Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Developer
- Copado Fundamentals 1 and 2
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce and Copado release management.
