Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking, organizing, and implementing feedback from international licensing teams, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to submission and approval timelines.
Maintain regular updates on various online portals of international licensing teams such as Disney, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon, Hasbro, etc.
Document and organize feedback received from licensors systematically and communicate feedback effectively to the product team to ensure timely incorporation into product development.
Conduct thorough checks on licensed product formatting, labels, pricing and packaging.
Maintain accurate records of all submissions, approvals, feedback, and corresponding actions by regularly updating tracking sheets or project management tools to reflect the status of each product.
