Job Summary
The Kinaxis Administrator plays a critical role in supporting supply chain processes by managing and configuring the Kinaxis RapidResponse tool. This role requires a blend of technical and operational skills to ensure optimal performance of supply chain workflows, inventory management, and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Kinaxis integration with NetSuite and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Understand the structure of the data model to facilitate effective data management.
- Create sites and integrate data from those sites to ensure cohesive data flow within the system.
- Map data from various sources to corresponding tables to maintain data integrity.
- Create custom tables and fields tailored to organizational needs and specifications.
- Validate mappings and calculations within RapidResponse, ensuring they align with external data sources.
- Review alerts and scheduled tasks to maintain system effectiveness and compliance.
- Monitor the status of data updates and analyze data affected by these updates.
- Modify data tolerances when necessary to fine-tune system performance.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Approximately 5+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain systems, specifically within Kinaxis RapidResponse and integration with other SaaS solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SQL and database structures.
- Familiarity with designing and troubleshooting integrations, particularly with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Boomi.
- Experience with inventory and Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and planning processes.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse functionalities for enhanced supply chain management.
- Experience working with cloud-based inventory management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, database management, and Kinaxis RapidResponse administration.
