Position Title: Human Resources Generalist ( Sr. Consultant - Human<br />
Resources)<br />
Band/ Grade: RXBIN-1<br />
Department: Human Resources<br />
Reports to: Sr. Director- Human Resources<br />
Location: Hyderabad Office<br />
Job Type : Onsite / Hybrid<br />
Work Hours: 10 am – 7pm IST (with some communication after hours with US)<br />
Salary Range: 10 – 16 lakhs pa (Total CTC)<br />
Duties &amp;Responsibilities:<br />
End-to-End HR Management for RxBenefits Global Operations team<br />
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a<br />
seamless and positive experience for all employees.<br />
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing<br />
candidates.</div>
<div>Internal<br />
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure<br />
timely and effective talent acquisition.<br />
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing HR-<br />
related inquiries and concerns.<br />
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a positive work<br />
environment.</div>
<div>Qualifications and Requirements:<br />
Bachelor’s / Mastersdegree in human resources, Business Administration,<br />
or related field.<br />
4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on end-to-end HR<br />
management.<br />
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.<br />
HRIS experience as administrator role.<br />
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br />
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<br />
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.</div>
