The Role
•
Handle account management for key retail customers like Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobbyetc, ensuring that Skillmatics is in position to meet all expectations.

Work directly with the Sales Heads of UK & USA to understand requirements andcommunicate to multiple teams accordingly
•
Manage a cross functional team across development, operations and logistics to ensureappropriate forms are filled and full operational compliance is achieved
•
Play a key role in building the business with each account by understanding theirrequirements and taking ownership of deliverables
•
Work with finance team to maintain a tracker on due payments and submit appropriatedocumentation, wherever applicable

 

You’re a good fit if you:
•2+yrs of Experience in working in retail operations, dealing with global or local retailers•Have good written and verbal communication skills and are able to independently propose solutions while working well with people•Are a self starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure•Have high energy and a bias for action•Proficient in excel
Preferred Qualification
•
3+ years of experience, with a preference of experience with Retail Net / Partners Online orworking for Walmart / Target Global Sourcing teams
