Job Summary

The Head of Commerce will lead the FaithTech marketplace and commerce business. This role is responsible for owning the category strategy, P&L, growth, merchandising, supply expansion, customer acquisition, and overall business performance, driving sustainable revenue growth and profit maximization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end P&L for the commerce and marketplace business.
  • Define category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and scale marketplace supply, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new category opportunities and launch new commerce initiatives.
  • Lead growth initiatives across performance marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), lifecycle marketing, and channel expansion.
  • Optimize key business metrics including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), margins, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, and inventory efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop scalable processes across supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Create data-driven growth plans and business forecasting models.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Category Management, Marketplace Management, Commerce, Growth, or Business Leadership roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Significant experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), Consumer Technology, Marketplace, E-commerce, or Internet-first businesses.
  • P&L Management: Prior experience managing substantial business P&Ls and growth mandates.
  • Track Record: Proven history of launching, scaling, and managing commerce categories.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in performance marketing and growth strategy.

Experience
