Own end-to-end responsibility for the SME lending category – product strategy, growth, profitability, and customer success. • Identify segment-specific credit needs and build customized loan offerings to meet those needs. • Collaborate with credit, risk, and underwriting teams to co-create product policies, pricing, and documentation norms. • Work closely with business and sales teams to drive category penetration and scale across geographies. • Partner with marketing and tech teams to improve product visibility, user journeys, and conversions.
