Job Description<br /> Qualifications<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Location: Bengaluru, India<br /> We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the development and evolution of Qapita’s core equity<br /> management platform. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to build<br /> systems that are scalable, secure, and easy to use. This role demands a solid grasp of modern architectural<br /> principles—CQRS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices—as well as hands-on familiarity with .NET and<br /> ReactJS environments. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings customer empathy, intellectual<br /> curiosity, and a track record of execution.<br /> Experience: 5–9 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2–4 years in a Technical Product Manager<br /> role within a B2B SaaS or Fintech company. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and building<br /> products from 0 to 1 or scaling platforms is highly desirable. Exposure to financial services, equity management,<br /> or compliance-driven domains is a strong advantage.<br /> Technical Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with modern backend and frontend technologies such as .NET/C# and<br /> ReactJS, and a sound understanding of architectural patterns including CQRS, event sourcing, and DomainDriven Design (DDD). Ability to read code, understand architectural diagrams, and contribute meaningfully in<br /> technical discussions is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), PostgreSQL, and<br /> EventStoreDB is an added bonus.<br /> Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and deliver on sprint goals. Strong<br /> ownership mindset with experience collaborating across engineering, design, and customer-facing functions.<br /> Business Alignment: Strong product thinking with a focus on aligning technical solutions to customer and<br /> business needs. Experienced in working with legal, finance, and founder personas to drive impactful product<br /> outcomes.<br /> Communication: Excellent at articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled in<br /> aligning stakeholders and ensuring clarity across cross-functional teams.<br /> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Certifications in<br /> Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus.<br /> Product Ownership: Drive the roadmap and execution for key equity modules—Cap Tables, Instruments,<br /> Grants, Transactions, and Reporting.<br /> Technical Collaboration: Work with engineering leads to translate business requirements into scalable<br /> solutions adhering to CQRS, DDD, and microservices best practices.<br /> Requirement Engineering: Draft clear and actionable PRDs, user stories, domain models, and acceptance<br /> criteria based on customer and internal stakeholder inputs.<br /> Customer Discovery: Engage directly with startup founders, CFOs, law firms, and legal ops teams to<br /> understand workflows, pain points, and regulatory needs.<br /> Sprint Leadership: Align sprint goals with engineering, QA, design, and customer success teams; manage<br /> execution timelines and remove blockers.<br /> Quality & Compliance: Uphold high standards for product performance, security, and auditability across all<br /> financial modules.<br /> Product Metrics: Define and track KPIs for your product area, analyze adoption patterns, gather feedback,<br /> and iterate for continuous improvement.        can you make a linkedin post as  we had made before
