Job Description
Major Deliverables: ➢ Responsible for the growth, P&L of the Ecommerce Channel partners (Market Place) ➢ Build on the existing business by adding and managing new categories and product portfolio listings on the marketplaces and co-own the P&L. ➢ Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partners. ➢ Maintain ongoing relationships & communication with key stakeholders such as category managers, logistic service providers, vendor partners & digital marketing agencies. ➢ Product Portfolio management - Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time. ➢ Monitoring product/ ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews to drive sales. ➢ Working closely with marketing team and agency to ensure right communication on Social Media Accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business for daily post, Banner & Video promotion. ➢ Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating relevant reports. ➢ Track and Analyze performance metrics and implement strategy to improve sales from both channel and SKU level ➢ Responsible for product content on the Partners Website ➢ Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
