Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Strategically allocating budgets across various growth marketing levers to optimize performance and ROI.
● Own revenue & PnL for multiple e-commerce marketplaces – Secondary offtakes, primary, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.
● Responsible for the growth/ demand charter for the categories end-to-end across channels.
● Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and profitability metrics are met.
● Oversee all marketplace channels & operations for multiple categories.
● Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.
● Relationship management across all marketplace channel partners, planning for marketing budgets spent across channels.
● Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:
● 3- 5 years experience of strategically managing Amazon / Flipkart marketplace activity.
● Knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart Vendor Central / Seller Central platforms.
● Demonstrated confidence in a partner-facing role.
