Job Description
* Conduct fundamental company analysis, including financial statement review and earnings modeling.
* Benchmark performance vs. peers to identify opportunities and mispricing.
* Develop clear investment theses with valuation, catalysts, and risk assessment; present to investment committee/PM.
* Use alternative data, research tools, and technology to generate insights.
* Engage with company management, sell-side analysts, and attend conferences/calls.
* Build and maintain financial models; prepare reports and communicate findings effectively.
* Proficient in MS Office, financial modeling, and clear written/verbal communication.
* Manage orders, trades, and post-trade allocations for portfolios.

Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related buy-side/sell-side role
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate differentiated investment ideas. 
* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
* Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and strong attention to detail
* Genuine interest in public equities, macro themes, and fundamental investing.
* Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with company management, brokers, and clients.
