Job Title: Finance M anager Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview The Finance Controller will lead all financial controlling activities, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate reporting, and financial compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial Reporting, cost control, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven controlling experience. Key Responsibilities Financial Controlling & Reporting Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with IndAS. - Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, and board presentations. - Drive variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective actions. - Experience in Book keeping, Reconciliation & Taxation Audit & Compliance - Prepare for an audit ensuring all schedules, reconciliations, and working papers are complete and accurate. - Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, etc.). - Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate filings. Process Improvement & Systems - Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes. - Implement best practices in controlling, accounting, and compliance. - Oversee ERP/accounting system configurations and improvements. Qualifications & Experience - Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 4+ years of post-qualification experience in B2C/D2C product-based companies.- Proven financial controlling experience in a reputed, well-structured company. - Strong exposure to audits, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. - Excellent understanding of Indian AS, IFRS, and taxation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
