Job Summary

This role is a unique blend of software development and support for sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions that empower the sales and marketing teams, driving automation, data analytics, and digital strategy. They will be responsible for creating tools and platforms that enhance customer engagement, streamline processes, and contribute directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications and tools that support sales and marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Integrate third-party systems and APIs to enhance marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer engagement, and support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, perform thorough testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation to guarantee software quality and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of web development frameworks and software design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and RESTful API integrations.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Exposure to agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience

  • Moderate experience in a software development role, ideally with exposure to projects that intersect with sales or marketing initiatives.
  • Prior experience working in a cross-functional team environment to deliver business-critical applications.
