Job Summary
The AVP Sales role is designed to manage a specific client base while integrating strategic planning, coordination, and direct client interaction. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance competitiveness within the marketplace.
- Lead business development initiatives for Alea services by targeting new clients and fostering growth with existing clients.
- Mentor professionals in business development (BD) and lead generation to enhance team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure business success.
- Negotiate major contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
- Develop and refine proposals and communications throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
- Ensure sales targets are met and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure coordinated business development efforts.
- Engage in company activities, managing high-level cases and attending corporate meetings for effective client coordination.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the BD team.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report to VPs/Directors on BD progress and challenges, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to network effectively and establish strong interpersonal connections.
- Proficient in presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
- Unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in all business interactions.
- Exceptional skills in written English communication.
- Knowledge of due diligence, corporate fraud, reputation risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with insights into finance, regulatory frameworks, and business operations.
- Educational qualification includes MBA or Post-Graduate in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
- Professional experience ranging from 6 - 10 years in relevant fields.
