Job Summary

The Snowflake Data Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and data models within a cloud environment. This position focuses on leveraging Snowflake and other modern data tools to enhance data analytics capabilities, ensuring efficient data processing and delivery relevant to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using tools such as Airflow and dbt.
• Collaborate with teams to define and deliver key analytics solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions based on data insights.
• Utilize Prefect for orchestrating complex workflows within the data pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, particularly within Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Airflow and dbt.
• Familiarity with data analytics principles and practices.
• Proven ability to handle team responsibilities and project deliveries.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Erwin for data modeling.
• Experience in client-facing roles and direct engagement with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles, with a strong emphasis on data modeling and analytics.
