<div>Job Overview:<br /> The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Liability Insurance Sales drives growth by leading sales initiatives,<br /> building client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role focuses on achieving revenue<br /> goals through strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring extensive<br /> experience in liability insurance sales and a strong track record of success.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> ● Drive sales strategies to grow the liability insurance portfolio and achieve revenue targets.<br /> ● Mentor and support the sales team to foster collaboration and alignment with business goals.<br /> ● Identify new opportunities to meet client needs and expand market share.<br /> ● Build lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to ensure loyalty and repeat<br /> business.<br /> ● Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, optimize sales processes, and enhance<br /> customer satisfaction.<br /> ● Leverage CRM tools to streamline workflows, manage leads, and improve the overall client<br /> experience.<br /> ● Monitor budgets, refine sales processes, and improve profitability.<br /> ● Analyze metrics and trends to refine strategies and exceed performance targets.<br /> ● Partner with Product, Underwriting, and Marketing teams to align sales efforts.<br /> ● Ensure all sales practices meet industry regulations and company policies.<br /> ● Define team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> ● Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced<br /> certifications are a plus.<br /> ● Experience:</div> <div>○ 6+ years of experience in insurance sales, particularly in liability.<br /> ○ Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced<br /> environment.<br /> Skills:<br /> ● Solid understanding of liability insurance products and industry compliance.<br /> ● Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.<br /> ● Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.<br /> ● Closed liability accounts GWP of 30-50 lacs/month<br /> ● Consistently closed average of ~ 15-20 accounts per month<br /> Key Details:<br /> ● Location: Mumbai<br /> ● Compensation: Competitive market pay along with a variable performance-based component<br /> ● Date of Joining: ASAP</div>
