Job Description

Role Context This is a network-building + revenue ownership role that integrates: • Chemist supply network • Patient demand generation • Healthcare QR code-led transactions (printed on chemist bills) o Now transformed into an app – “Paas ki Dukaan” The product is already built and self-driven—this role is about 0-1 execution. Role Objective Build and scale a dense, high-activity chemist network and drive patient transactions through Healthcare QR, ensuring strong unit economics and repeat usage.

 

Role Purpose Own the end-to-end business engine across: • Supply (chemist network) • Demand (patient acquisition & retention) • Monetization (QR-led revenue) This role is accountable for daily transactions, GMV growth, and profitability at cluster level. Key Responsibilities

  1. Chemist Network (Supply) • Build high-quality, active chemist network density (not just onboarding) • Ensure consistent engagement and transaction flow per chemist • Drive productivity: orders per chemist per day • Establish strong partner relationships and local market trust

 

  1. Healthcare QR Code Adoption & Usage • Drive QR deployment, activation, and real usage across chemists/patients • Ensure QR becomes a habitual transaction layer, not a passive asset • Improve scan → order conversion rates
  2. Demand Generation (Patient Side) • Drive patient acquisition at chemist level • Ensure high first-order conversion (after scanning QR code / downloading app) • Build repeat purchase behavior (chronic + refill cycles) • Work closely with chemists to drive local demand
  3. Cluster / City Execution Model • Build and scale cluster-wise playbooks • Drive execution at city / zone / state level • Identify high-potential clusters and double down on density • Ensure replicable, scalable operating model

 

  1. Revenue & Unit Economics Ownership • Own end-to-end P&L at cluster level • Track and improve: o Contribution margin per order o Cost of acquisition vs lifetime value • Ensure business moves towards sustainable profitability
  2. Field Execution & Team Leadership • Lead on-ground team • Drive daily execution rigor • Build a culture of KPI ownership and accountability

 

Key KPIs Supply • % of active chemists (vs onboarded) • Orders per chemist per day Demand • First order conversion % • Repeat order rate Healthcare QR Code (printed on chemist bill) • QR scan → order conversion Business • Daily successful orders • GMV growth • Contribution margin per orderIdeal Candidate Profile • Experience in marketplace / network-led business (preferred: Swiggy / Zomato / similar) at a zone/state level • Strong field execution experience (city / zonal / state-level ownership) • Proven ability to drive supply + demand simultaneously • Understanding of retail / pharma / last-mile workflows • Highly data-driven and KPI-oriented operator • Ownership mindset with P&L responsibility • Comfortable working on-ground with partners (not a desk role)
