Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid – 4 Days from Office, 2 Days WFH)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Intern to help us grow our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the ropes of client acquisition and B2B sales in the recruitment and HR services space.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in target sectors (startups, social enterprises, manufacturing, etc.)

Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate leads

Support in pitching our services to potential clients and scheduling meetings

Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, prospects, and follow-ups

Assist in creating business proposals and client presentations

Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, decks, or data as needed

Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) with the senior team when required
Requirements

0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (internships count)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets

Interest in HR, recruitment, or consulting domains is a plus
Work Mode

Hybrid: 4 days from our Ahmedabad office (Monday–Thursday)

Work from Home: 2 days (Friday & Saturday)

Second and fourth Saturdays are off
