Job Summary
The Salesforce QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications. This role is critical in validating solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, providing assurance that products meet quality standards and are ready for deployment. The QA Lead will work collaboratively with development teams, stakeholders, and other QA resources to improve testing processes and enhance product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Salesforce applications.
- Lead testing efforts for functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce functionalities.
- Collaborate with developers and product management to ensure the QA process aligns with project goals.
- Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and validate fixes.
- Mentor and guide junior QA members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, capabilities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools, such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer certification.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Experience in performance testing tools, such as JMeter.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, primarily with Salesforce applications.
