Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded finance professional to join our Planning & Analysis (P&A) team. This role is critical to improving financial predictability and business performance by leading Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution, forecast accuracy, cost governance, and strategic insights. You will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations — partnering closely with business leaders to translate data into actionable decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong financial rigor with deep business acumen and thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

AOP Management & Financial Planning
- Own and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across business units.
- Lead monthly AOP variance analysis and calibrate with Operations teams on execution vs. plan.
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models and rolling forecasts (monthly and quarterly).
- Track new city launches and new business initiative performance against plan.
- Conduct deep-dives on supply investments, demand channels, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Long Range Planning
- Build and maintain a 5-year Long Range Plan (LRP) aligned with IPO readiness and strategic growth path.
- Reassess growth lever assumptions, cost drivers, and profitability outlook periodically.
- Lead valuation exercises with projections and supporting investor data requirements.

Decision Support & Strategic Finance
- Build scenario and sensitivity models across KPIs.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives including pricing, investments, and expansion decisions.

Data & Decision Intelligence
- Build and own a Single Source of Truth dashboard consolidating financial and operational metrics.
- Strengthen competitive intelligence.
- Develop industry and global benchmarking repository to inform strategy.
- Highlight risks and anomalies from analytical outputs and drive actionable insights.
Qualifications

Education:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA (Certified Management Accountant) — preferred.
- MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institution.

Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), Business Finance, or Strategic Finance / Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Prior exposure to high-growth start-ups or new-economy businesses is a strong plus.

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling — driver-based models, scenario analysis, sensitivity frameworks.
- Strong command of P&L mechanics, cost structures, unit economics, and EBITDA levers.
- Ability to turn complex data into board-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable partnering with business, operations, and leadership teams.
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Working knowledge of BI/analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with competitive analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Familiarity with investment valuation and strategic financial analysis.

- A minimum of 6–8 years in relevant roles focusing on financial planning, analysis, and consulting.
