Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role requires a strong foundation in backend technologies, particularly Core Java 17, Spring Boot, and Kafka, along with exposure to frontend development using ReactJS, NextJS, and Material UI. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team while contributing to the design and implementation of scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers and individual contributors.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement microservices architecture following best practices.
• Work with Kafka for event-driven systems and asynchronous messaging.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on AWS or Azure.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Contribute to the frontend using ReactJS, NextJS, and Material UI as needed.
• Participate in architecture design and decision-making.
• Enforce best coding practices, security guidelines, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, Spring Data, and Kafka.
• Cloud development experience with AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL database technologies.
• Basic working knowledge of ReactJS, NextJS, and Material UI.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in architecture design and system scalability.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in full-stack development.
