<div>- Vendor Reconciliation will be responsible for managing vendor accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities</div>

<div>: 1. Vendor Reconciliation: ○ Reconcile vendor statements and accounts on a regular basis. ○ Identify and resolve discrepancies between vendor invoices and purchase orders. ○ Ensure all vendor payments are accurately recorded and processed on time. ○ Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice details and resolve any issues. 2. Accounts Payable Management: ○ Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization. ○ Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely payment of invoices. 3. Record Keeping and Reporting: ○ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all vendor transactions. ○ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation reports. ○ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits by providing necessary documentation. ○ Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. 4. Internal Coordination: ○ Work closely with the procurement and inventory departments to verify and match purchase orders with invoices. ○ Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations. ○ Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.</div>

<div>Qualifications and Skills</div>

<div>: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on vendor reconciliation. ● Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and familiarity with accounts payable processes. ● Skills: ○ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. ○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ○ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. ○ Good communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ○ Strong organizational and time management skills.</div>
