Job Description :

Assist the founder in carrying out the day-to-day business operations

Our supply chain is spread over 4 different countries, hence managing the shipments is a critical task and the right person should have a problem-solving nature alongside attention to details

Take ownership of the supply chain and assist the stakeholders in planning and executing the inventory

Have strong analytical skills to prepare reports and keep track of multiple things parallelly.

Formulate SOPs for various teams and warehouses to operate efficiently

 Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

 

Qualifications:

 

* Bachelor's degree in, Business, Operations, Marketing or a related field

* 0 to 3 years of experience in operations

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends

* Strong follow-up skills and the attitude of getting things done

* Past experience in D2C is a plus

* Familiarity with e-commerce brands and ability to wear multiple hats
