Job Summary

The AI/ML Automation Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role focuses on leveraging orchestration frameworks and LLMs to create high-performance, agent-based systems that meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms and automation solutions leveraging frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Utilize proficiency in Python for building scalable applications, including async programming and API integration.
• Explore and apply knowledge of large language models (LLMs) to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Integrate and manage vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma for embedding functionalities.
• Design and deploy production-ready, agent-based solutions while ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Solve complex problems and translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, including async programming and API integration.
• Deep understanding of various LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and knowledge of embeddings.
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Required knowledge of React.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
