Role Overview
Chief of Staff to the COO will work as a strategic support resource, assisting in planning,
coordination, analytics, and follow-up across all key operational functions. This is an
excellent opportunity for a young engineer or MBA to gain first-hand exposure to senior-
level business management, manufacturing operations, and corporate strategy.

level business management, manufacturing operations, and corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Business Coordination: Track and coordinate key operational and strategic
initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, projects, and sales
functions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and
performance reviews to support decision-making.
Project Management: Assist in monitoring ongoing projects, ensuring timelines,
KPIs, and deliverables are met.
Process Improvement: Support the identification and execution of improvement
initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, plant heads, and cross-
functional departments for action follow-ups and updates.
Executive Support: Prepare presentations, briefings, and review materials for
internal and external meetings.
Business Coordination: Track and coordinate key operational and strategic
initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, projects, and sales
functions.

Desired Profile
Education:
o B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production preferred) or MBA
(Operations/General Management preferred)
