Must Have Competencies: Candidate should be capable of • Minimum 05-08 years of sales divisional experience in building material/ infrastructure / PEB/ manufacturing industry • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, strategic planning, and compliance with regulatory standards is also vital. • Industry-specific knowledge. • Tech-savvy. • Adaptability. • Honesty and strong values. • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Major responsibilities:  Sales Overseeing sales teams in a region, and ensuring sales goals are met. This includes developing sales plans, budgets, and strategies, and training and managing the sales team.  Business planning Creating business plans to achieve goals, and ensuring that plans are in line with the company's vision. This includes analysing revenue potential, and estimating future potential of current accounts.  Marketing Creating marketing plans to promote goods or services, and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders. This includes conducting market research, and identifying client requirements.  Operations Ensuring that branches operate profitably and in line with the business plan. This includes monitoring branch business processes, and making recommendations for improvement. People management  Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. This includes ensuring that employees are recruited and retained, and that they are clear on their roles and responsibilities. Compliance  Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
