Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO:<br /> ● Build, manage, and train the buyer<br /> experience/sales team across MMs<br /> ● Design systems + playbooks to drive best in<br /> class conversion + NPS<br /> ● Collaborate with growth, pre-sales, and product<br /> to refine the buyer journey end to end<br /> ● Co-own and drive sales metrics and targets<br /> WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO<br /> ● Sales leader - who can balance targets and<br /> conversions with trust and experience (will talk<br /> about NPS, trust as much as targets)<br /> ● Strong people manager with experience<br /> building, coaching, and scaling sales teams<br /> ● Strong track record of problem solving and<br /> PM-like capabilities<br /> ● 6+ years of experience
