Job Summary
The SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central Consultant will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining the Employee Central module, implementing efficient HR business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central module to meet organizational needs.
- Implement HR business processes associated with Employee Central and Payroll modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
- Develop and update documentation for configuration and processes within the system.
- Support end-users with training and guidance on system navigation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central configuration and development.
- Strong understanding of HR functional processes and their implementation in SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies in SuccessFactors.
- Previous experience in process improvement initiatives.
