We are seeking a Trade Specialist to drive efficiency in dealer sales, develop strong relationships with top dealers, and enhance the overall sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful launch of new products by working closely with distributors/ dealers.
• Drive efficiency in dealer sales by analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with and train distributor sales staff to enhance sales performance.
• Evaluate the efficacy of displays and stocking at the dealer point to optimize sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with top dealers to build a robust company-dealer partnership.
• Execute central or locally planned schemes to achieve sales objectives.
